Terms & Conditions of Booking:   Booking is considered confirm when a deposit of total amount is paid & photocopy of the passport is presented.   Any modification or cancellation done by the client will result a specific fees changeable depending on destination & services booked.  After departure or in case of no show, no refund can be done in full or in part for the services not used even not transferable.  Full payment is due 1 week prior to departure date unless other conditions have been required &client will be informed about at time of booking; in case this full amount is not received on due date, City Car has the right to consider this booking automatically canceled; therefore, the deposit paid by the client will be kept as a penalty.  Payment by Credit card is subject to 2% charges.  Payment by Horizon Blue Plus provides credit facilities up to 10 months with 0% interest.  Payment through credit facilities with the bank is also available upon request.  The terms & conditions listed here are to be read it in coordination with the other terms &conditions listed in the various Holiday Packages.
